I realize there are exception and at least you are trying. Kudos! Most of the "heavy" people I know will not go Keto. Remember: Abs are made in the kitchen, not the gym. It's 80% diet / 20% exercise. Thirty minutes of cardio won't even come close to burning off that 800 K-calorie fruit smoothie on the way out of the gym. Adjusting your diet to your somatotype requires research, experimentation and persistence. Most people don't get results fast enough or it's "too hard" so they give up and make excuses. Your choices are either control your "meat suit" or let it (the mammal, the animal) control you. When you let the body control you, don't be surprised when the results are undesirable.
